Refund policy

Everything we sell is a digital download. You get the files right after checkout, so a normal "return" isn't possible. That's why our refunds work in the specific ways described below. If something isn't clear, write to us at mahjongstrategyschool@gmail.com before you buy.

1. The 10-Game Guarantee (The Rack-First Kit)

We want the Rack-First Method to make a real difference at your table. If it doesn't, you can get your money back, as long as you follow these steps within the time limit.

How it works

  1. Play at least 10 games of American Mah Jongg using the Rack-First Method, within 30 days of your purchase.
  2. If the card doesn't feel smaller and the Charleston doesn't feel calmer, email us within 30 days of your order date at mahjongstrategyschool@gmail.com. Include your order number and a short line confirming that you played at least 10 games with the method.
  3. We refund the full price you paid for The Rack-First Kit, plus any add-ons bought in the same order. We don't ask for proof, and you don't have to explain why.

Conditions

  • The 30-day limit is firm. Your request must reach us no later than 30 days after the order date shown in your order confirmation email. Requests sent after that are not eligible for the guarantee.
  • The guarantee applies once per customer.
  • It covers purchases made directly on our website. It does not cover copies received for free, for example as a beta tester or through a giveaway.
  • After a refund, your license to use the kit ends and we ask you to delete the files. You may keep the Charleston Cheat Card for your personal use.

2. Other situations where we refund

Outside the 10-Game Guarantee, purchases are final. We will still refund you in these cases:

  • Duplicate purchase. You bought the same product twice by mistake. Tell us within 30 days and we refund the extra order.
  • Files we can't deliver. Your download doesn't work and we are unable to get working files to you another way. Most download problems are solved within one business day, so please write to us first.
  • Billing error. You were charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout.

3. How refunds are paid

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • We process approved refunds within 3 business days of approving your request. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.
  • Sales tax collected on the order is refunded together with the product price.

4. Download problems

If a file won't open or the download stops, try again on Wi-Fi, from a computer if you can. Still stuck? Reply to your order email or write to mahjongstrategyschool@gmail.com and we'll send the files another way. We answer within one business day.

5. Chargebacks

If there's a problem with your order, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually fix it faster, and a refund through us reaches you sooner than a chargeback.

6. Customers in the EU, EEA and UK

If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. For digital content, that right can end once the download starts, if you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose the right. Where that agreement wasn't given, your legal right still applies. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
